Wow! What a winter, as January transitions into February there has been no let up in our snowfall - 198" to-date, with a current base of 68". Most of Colorado mountain locations report above average snowpack in the range of 132% - 150%.
At the Willows we have had a busy winter season so far, full of owner visits and excited guests making the most of their days on the snow.
We have two websites for the Willows. Most of you are familiar with www.vailwillows.com, which is our main guest website. There are some good resources for both guests and owners located under the concierge tab on this site, particularly relating to restaurant information but also containing information to help you make the most of your Vail stay. Also on this site is an Ownership tab that gives an overview of our ownership program for interested purchasers. As a sub-menu under Ownership is a page that shows live inventory in all of our units. This page can be a helpful aid to owners who are looking for available dates for close-in reservations.
Our second website is www.willowsowners.com. This site serves as a place for governing documents for the HOA, and also the site where meeting minutes for HOA and WQS are posted. This Blog resides there too! Additionally, a QS owner contact list is posted with owner names and email addresses. For your security and privacy, this page of the site is password protected - password shared in the email.
We hope that the websites contain lots useful information. If you have any suggestions for additions to either of the sites please reach out to me.
